SatNav will likely direct you past the house to a pub called 'The Bird in Hand' 1km up the road. The house is on the same side of the Peppard Road as the pub but back toward the village of Sonning Common. The entrance is nearly opposite Westleigh Drive, through some open brown wooden gates and across a cattle grid.

A security deposit will be held against any possible loss from or damage to the property and its contents. It will be returned within 7-10 days of a let finishing - following completion of a check-out inspection, cleaning and inventory check - if there are no outstanding issues. A let of the property cannot begin unless the security deposit has been received.
If you wish to use a supermarket delivery service ahead of your stay please make sure that you at least add the direction 'opposite Westleigh Drive' to your order. All major supermarkets have delivered here before but they rarely use the same driver twice!
Please do not sprinkle glitter or paper confetti anywhere in the house and garden. It is very difficult to clean up and our cleaner may resign if asked to clear up any more. Any decorations, photos, posters must not be attached to walls or beams, only windows or glass fronted cabinets.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are fireworks to be used at the property. The police have issued a warning in the past for firework use. It is illegal to set off fireworks at inappropriate times of the year and can result in a £5,000 fine.
